Our Neighborhood Leads will be the Society's champions for historic preservation and advocacy throughout Davidson County. They will be a critical component of educating and rallying our members.

  • Downtown / The Gulch / Germantown / Salemtown/ Midtown

  • West Nashville / Hillsboro Village / 12th South / Wedgewood Houston

  • Nolensville Road/ Crieve Hall / Woodbine

  • West End/ Richland -Central / Whitland / Sylvan Park

  • Green Hills / Belle Meade / Bellevue/ West Meade/ Oak Hill / Forrest Hills / Berry Hill

  • East Nashville / edgefield / cleveland park / Inglewood / lockeland springs

  • North Nashville  /  Jefferson Street District / Bordeaux/ joelton

  • Southeast Nashville / Antioch/ Cane Ridge

  • Madison / Goodlettsville

  • Donelson / Hermitage/ Old Hickory

NEIGHBORHOOD LEAD Responsibilities: 

More than anything else, we are looking for leads that are passionate about their neighborhood, and willing to organize a team.

  • Serve as a liaison between the neighborhood and the Preservation Society (and metro?)

  • Organize & support local overlay initiatives with the help of the Society

  • Relay and amplify demolition concerns

  • Help identify vulnerable properties 

  • Coordinate outreach, advocacy and education activities for the neighborhood
